With over eight years of experience in commercial real estate, Mr. Rodriguez’s expertise spans all major asset classes, including but not limited to office buildings, retail centers, apartments, industrial warehouses, religious facilities, auto dealerships, and commercial condominiums. His academic credentials underscore his strong commitment to professional growth, having earned a Master of Science in International Real Estate from Florida International University.

Through his involvement as an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute and his previous role on the Board of Directors of the CCIM Miami-Dade District, Mr. Rodriguez demonstrates his ongoing dedication to professional excellence.
